Mother Nature seems to have forgotten it is mid-March here- we are getting a record 11 inches of snow right now! So, how about a few flower templates to celebrate the (eventual!) coming of spring?

It's International Scrapbooking Day!

It's International Scrapbooking Day, and I was trying to think about how to best celebrate this with you (as for me, I am celebrating by creating some neat elements for a kit while relaxing on the couch!). Leigh Penrod & Friends Blog Train is Leaving the Station!

March is here! Along with tornadoes here in Illinois, it seems... Which brings me to the blog train, "Awestruck." It was more of an inspiration than a theme, so you will find lots of different things along the train stops. I chose to make a Spring-themed mini-kit, because the weather has been (relatively) nice here, and I really hope it stays that way! The mini-kit contains 10 papers and 20 elements (sometimes I just don't know how to stop myself!). There will be a coordinating freebie later this month when the complete collection is complete, so check back!

March Pixel Scrapper Blog Train

I can't believe it is March. February was a very busy month for me, so I guess it just flew by! I managed to do three blog trains, release a HUGE collection, and start in on the next one. WHEW.

Here is the first of the blog trains- Pixel Scrapper's theme this month was "In The Pocket." It focused on pocket scrapping. Since I don't really pocket scrap myself, I had to do a little research into the craft. I decided on something both pocket scrappers and other scrappers can use - cards.
